Service Scope: Services are limited to the specific package purchased (e.g., Monthly Bookkeeping, Cleanup, or Catch-up). We do not provide legal or certified audit opinions.
Client Responsibility: The accuracy of the financial reports depends on the timely and truthful documentation provided by the client.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all business information strictly confidential.
Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice.
